Eligible retail customers who purchase a Health Check for Change package for a properly equipped GM vehicle and subscribe to an OnStar Remote Access plan for that vehicle in the same transaction will receive their first two months of the OnStar Remote Access Plan at no cost. For the avoidance of doubt, customer will be required to provide payment information and authorize recurring monthly payments at the time they subscribe to the OnStar Remote Access Plan but will be charged $0 for the first two months.
